Job summary

People in Need is seeking a MEAL Coordinator for the Resilient Civil Society project in the Eastern Partnership region. Based in PIN office Chisinau, the role leads MEAL design, data collection, analysis and learning across multiple countries of implementation.

The successful candidate will coordinate baseline, interim and endline studies, ensure data quality, support capacity building, and maintain accountability mechanisms, including CFRM, while maintaining project documentation and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and managing MEAL activities.
• Strong ability to analyze and present data clearly.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience coordinating field research (surveys, FGDs, KIIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead MEAL planning and ensure donor compliance.
• Coordinate baseline, interim and endline studies and data collection.
• Oversee data quality assurance and reporting insights.
• Maintain CFRM and feedback loops across country programmes.
• Facilitate learning sessions and share MEAL findings.
