Job summary

Rytech Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented MDS Estimator to manage end-to-end estimates using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility. Remote, full-time role requiring strong communication with field technicians, owners, and insurers across multiple assignments.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality or Symbility and Xactimate proficiency. A high school diploma or GED is required; the role emphasizes organization and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year estimating experience in Cotality or Symbility.
• Xactimate estimating experience required.
• Comfortable with data-entry across multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Track mitigation assignments from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate assignment records for the team.
• Communicate claim updates to Rytech customers by phone and data entry.
• Correspond with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurers to provide service.
• Report daily activity to Team Lead.
• Write detailed estimates (Mitigation, Fire, Contents, Rebuild) using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility.
• Take on additional duties as team lead requests.
