Amgen MBA Intern Commercial Leadership Program (Summer 2027) invites you to join a mission-driven biotech leader focused on delivering medicines to patients. You will work on a real commercial project, build leadership capabilities, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams in a dynamic, collaborative culture with options for remote or partial onsite work.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program and available to accept future full-time employment by July 2028.
Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program.
Available to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a high-impact commercial project tied to a real business priority (Marketing, Value & Access, Sales, Patient Access & Reimbursement).
Build leadership and business skills through rotations and cross-functional collaboration.
Analyze business challenges, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to partners and leaders.
Gain exposure to leaders across the Global Markets & Policy organization through networking, mentoring, and program experiences.
Present final recommendations and reflect on learning, growth and fit for the full-time CLP.
