Job summary

Amgen offers an MBA Internship – Commercial Leadership Program (Summer 2027) designed to fast-track future commercial leaders. You will work on a high-impact project, develop leadership and business skills, and rotate through the Commercial Leadership Program after the internship, with 3–12 month rotations across functions.

Starting 2021, Amgen adopted a virtual-first approach with options for remote or partially onsite work, enabling geographic flexibility and collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• MBA student, enrolled in full-time program and available to accept future full-time by July 2028.
• Minimum three years of work experience preferred.
• Biotechnology/pharma industry experience preferred.
• Sales and/or marketing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful commercial project tied to a real business priority (Marketing, Value & Access, Sales or related functions).
• Build deep project expertise by partnering with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze business challenges and deliver clear recommendations to internal partners and leaders.
• Gain exposure to leaders across the Global Markets & Policy organization.
