Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Currently enrolled in a Full-time MBA program, with year one completed before internship starts.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful commercial project tied to a real business priority (Marketing, Value & Access, Sales, Patient Access & Reimbursement).
• Collaborate with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build project insights.
• Analyze business challenges and deliver clear recommendations to internal partners and leaders.
• Develop a strong commercial mindset by understanding decisions across customers, markets, products, and patient needs.
• Gain exposure to leaders across the Global Markets & Policy organization through mentoring and program experiences.
• Receive guidance from an executive mentor and CLP peer buddy throughout the summer.
• Present final recommendations and reflect on learning and fit for full-time CLP.
