Amgen’s MBA Intern – Commercial Leadership Program (Summer 2027) invites high-potential MBAs to contribute to a high-impact commercial project while building leadership and business acumen. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to decision-makers, and participate in a virtual-first program with remote or partial onsite options.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in a Full-time MBA program for from an accredited college or university, with completion of the first year before the internship starts
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful commercial project tied to a real business priority in areas such as Marketing, Value & Access, Sales, Patient Access & Reimbursement or related commercial functions.
• Build deep project expertise by partnering with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze business challenges, develop insights, and deliver clear recommendations to internal partners and leaders.
• Strengthen your commercial mindset by learning how Amgen makes decisions across customers, markets, products, and patient needs.
• Gain exposure to leaders across the Global Markets & Policy organization through networking, mentoring, and program experiences.
• Receive support from an executive mentor and CLP peer buddy throughout the summer.
• Experience Amgen’s culture through development sessions, networking opportunities, and social activities.
• Present your final recommendations and reflect on your learning, growth, and potential fit for the full-time CLP.
