Amgen MBA Intern – Commercial Leadership Program seeks an MBA student to lead a high-impact commercial project, gaining exposure to brand teams and cross-functional partners. You will develop leadership and business skills and contribute to decisions that shape how Amgen brings medicines to patients.

The internship is a pathway into Amgen’s full-time CLP with rotations across Marketing, Sales, and Value & Access, offering executive mentoring and program experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program and available to start and complete the first year before internship starts.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful commercial project tied to a real business priority (Marketing, Value & Access, Sales, Patient Access & Reimbursement).
• Build leadership and business skills through a high-impact project.
• Gain exposure to leaders across the Global Markets & Policy organization through mentoring and networking.
• Present final recommendations and reflect on learning, growth and potential fit for full-time CLP.
