As Financial Consultants, MBA graduates are given significant responsibility to influence business and financial decisions, with placement into a Finance Team area aligned to experience and career interests. Responsibilities include costing and pricing analysis, financial planning and analysis, operations finance, treasury/capital markets support, and capital investments evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration
• Three years or more of work experience in a finance related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering and pricing analysis
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and controls
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends
• Contribute to three-year strategic planning, capital budgeting and evaluations incl. acquisitions
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis to manage large portfolios
• Conduct analysis of current and potential markets and present findings to Executive Leadership
