Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for its MBA Finance Leadership Development Program.

Analysts will join Ryder as Financial Consultants, gaining responsibility to influence business and financial decisions while rotating into teams aligned with strategy, FP&A, treasury, pricing, and asset management. You will work with seasoned professionals to expand leadership skills, support operations with costing, pricing, and reporting, and participate in capital market analyses within a $6B debt

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related concentration.
• 3+ years of work experience in a finance-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and advice to operations management on ways to maximize financial performance.
• Gather cost data for costing analysis and assist in pricing/billing strategy assessments.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Conduct monthly analyses of financial statements to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to three-year strategic planning, budgeting and capital projects.
