Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an EAM Solution Architect to act as the technical authority for an IBM Maximo-based enterprise asset management platform supporting facility maintenance operations. The Architect defines target architecture, data model, integration patterns and hosting approach meeting Army security requirements.

Remote or office-based with periodic Fort Campbell travel. This senior role requires 10+ years in EAM, 5+ years IBM Maximo architecture, and experience delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise asset management experience.
• 5+ years of IBM Maximo architecture experience (MAS 8/9 preferred).
• Data modeling for facilities and real-property hierarchies.
• Experience designing integrations to ERP/financial systems (SAP-based or similar).

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain the target architecture, data model and interface documents.
• Design Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile configurations for intake, dispatch and reconciliation.
• Select hosting and connectivity design with security requirements in mind.
• Define data-export formats and ownership boundaries for portability.
• Review configuration changes and maintain the configuration register.
• Support ATO evidence with architecture, data-flow and boundary diagrams.
• Incorporate security baselines and least-privilege access into the platform.
• Communicate architecture decisions and risks to stakeholders, including Government customers.
