Job summary

Dimensional Thinking, LLC is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Solution Architect to lead enterprise Maximo Asset Management (7.6.x) and MAS implementations for federal clients, including FEMA, and help grow our Maximo practice. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required. Travel up to 4 times per year within the US.

Remote anywhere in the US (DMV/East Coast preferred). 10+ years of IBM Maximo experience and 5+ years in solution architecture are required, with

Qualifications

Strong SQL and relational database skills required.
Experience with enterprise data modeling and data governance.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5+ years in solution architecture or systems engineering.
10+ years of IBM Maximo Asset Management / MAS experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IBM Maximo Asset Management (7.6.x) and MAS deployments for federal clients, including FEMA.
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and Maximo capability growth.
Mentor technical teams; conduct architecture reviews and support solution governance.
Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST security standards.
Drive data migration, integration with ERP/financial systems, and modernization initiatives.
