Edmentum, a remote-first education technology company, seeks a Virtual Math Teacher to bring classrooms to life through live on-camera instruction. You will connect with students in real time, personalize learning, and foster an engaging online environment where learners feel seen and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Active state teaching license with Mathematics endorsement for grades 6-12.
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings.
• Ability to teach live online for multiple hours daily.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and instructional tools.
• Ability to read and use student performance data to adapt instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera instruction for five or more hours daily.
• Personalize instruction using student performance data.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Build relationships with students and families through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure consistent support.

Bachelor's degree in Education
