Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an active state teaching license in Mathematics (grades 6-12).
- Experience teaching in virtual or remote settings and comfort with live online classrooms.
- Ability to teach live for five or more hours per day every instructional day.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms and standard productivity software.
- Ability to read student performance data and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and self-directed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours daily on scheduled instructional days.
- Personalize instruction using student performance data and identify learning gaps.
- Provide timely, meaningful feedback and maintain accurate records for families.
