Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, LLC in a fully remote role seeks a Maternity Case Manager to guide enhanced case management for members with maternity and related health scenarios. You will coordinate with CMS, carriers and external vendors to evaluate cases, develop care plans, and implement them while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least two years in group health insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience with Group Health Insurance and Self-Funded Health Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review clinicals, claims and baseline case information for health scenarios including Maternity.
• Develop and implement care plans by coordinating with vendors and Allied staff.
• Communicate with CMS and other stakeholders to obtain essential information.
• Document outcomes and cost savings from care plans.
• Support remote operations and maintain vendor relationships.
