Job summary

ProgenyHealth LLC is seeking a Maternity Case Management Supervisor (PST or MST time zone) for a fully remote role. The supervisor will manage the CM staff, balance workloads, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement in the maternity program.

The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years in case management, and CCM certification within policy. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to support staff and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license.
• BSN is strongly preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a Case Management role.
• Previous experience in a Maternity case management program preferred.
• Experience in a team lead or supervisory role managing nursing staff is desired.
• CCM certification required within company policy timeframe.
• Must be available to stay late, as needed, to manage staff and caseloads.
• Experience with NCQA standards preferred.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven tact, diplomacy, and strategic thinking in addressing policy changes.
• Self-motivated and able to learn multiple tasks.
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supports team members and clients in the day-to-day operations of Maternity CM Department.
• Meets with staff regularly to touch base and address concerns.
• Oversees team caseload in the medical management system and makes adjustments as needed.
• Provides coverage for CM caseload for emergency coverage.
