Foresight Mental Health in California is seeking a Maternal Mental Health Therapist to join the MMH Specialty Program. You will deliver individual and group therapy to perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches, maintain a 25–35 client caseload, and ensure timely documentation.

Collaborating with psychiatry and other disciplines, you will participate in MMH rounds, lead program education, and advocate for maternal mental health across the organization and community.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP.
• PMH-C certification preferred; substantial postpartum mental health experience acceptable.
• Proficiency with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite and Dayforce.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy to MMH clients using evidence-based perinatal approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25–35 clients and handle administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with screening and intake.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary MMH rounds and program development.
• Develop and deliver internal education and client-facing workshops.
