Job summary

Foresight Mental Health seeks a Maternal Mental Health Therapist to treat clients in our MMH Specialty Program in California. You will provide individual and group therapy, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and help develop program education and outreach.

Responsibilities include maintaining a 25–35 client caseload, ensuring timely access to care, and collaborating with psychiatry and other teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Licensed Psychologist) is required or equivalent.
• PMH-C certification strongly preferred; significant postpartum mental health experience acceptable.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience in behavioral health or related settings.
• Proficient in communication with clients and internal teams; adept with common tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25–35 clients depending on program needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with standards.
• Support intake, screening, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care and crisis management.
