Zusammenfassung

Foresight Mental Health is expanding its Maternal Mental Health (MMH) Specialty Program in California. The Maternal Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy to clients planning pregnancy or in the perinatal period and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to shape program development.

You will lead education for clinicians, help measure program effectiveness, and advocate for maternal mental health within the organization and community.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual and group therapy to perinatal clients.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.
• Participate in MMH rounds and program development.
• Deliver internal education on perinatal mental health.
• Represent the MMH program at events and advocate for maternal mental health.
