Qualifications

• Master's degree in health services, public health, healthcare administration, or related field.
• CPHQ certification or CHCQM certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure EPSDT and maternal health services are delivered.
• Develop strategies to ensure prenatal, maternal, and postpartum care is timely and effective.
• Oversee program performance and ensure alignment with state and federal requirements.
• Identify members needing MCH/EPSDT support and coordinate care management services.
• Serve as a liaison between health plan teams, members, providers, and community partners.
• Provide education on MCH and EPSDT requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize care delivery.
• Engage community organizations to expand access to MCH/EPSDT services.
• Lead innovative service delivery and coordination of care to close gaps in care.
• Monitor program performance, utilization, and outcomes related to MCH/EPSDT.

Education
