Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a MCH Manager to lead maternity and pediatric case management programs. You will supervise case managers, CHWs, and staff while coordinating assessments, care plans, and post‑partum follow‑ups with providers and community partners.

Role focuses on regulatory compliance, documentation quality, and program improvements to advance maternal and infant health outcomes. Remote work options are available for NC-based staff.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• 5+ years in maternal-child health, obstetrical/pediatric nursing or related clinical roles.
• Experience in Medicaid managed care or health plan environments.
• Knowledge of NCQA standards and care coordination workflows.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pediatric and maternity case managers and support staff.
• Ensure risk stratification, assessment, and care planning; coordinate follow-up.
• Maintain compliant documentation across clinical systems.
• Monitor workload, metrics, and program audits for quality
• Support implementation of program enhancements and pilots.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex maternity and pediatric cases.
