Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Maternal Child Health (MCH)/EPSDT Coordinator to develop and oversee programs ensuring members receive essential maternal and EPSDT services in Nebraska. You will collaborate with Health Services, providers, and community partners to promote preventive care and improve access while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires Nebraska licensure (RN/MD/PA), a relevant Master's or CHCQM/CPHQ credential, and 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an RN, physician, or physician assistant in Nebraska.
• Master's degree in health services, public health, healthcare administration, or related field; OR CP HQ or CHCQM certification.
• 2+ years of experience in managed care, Medicaid, maternal/child health, pediatrics, or population health.
• Proven skills using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe PDF.
• Ability to travel up to 10% throughout the State of Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee maternal and EPSDT programs to ensure coverage of required services.
• Coordinate with health plan teams, providers, and community partners to advance MCH/EPSDT initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, compliance with state contracts, CMS and NCQA standards, and report on utilizations.
• Analyze data, perform population health analyses, and provide provider education as needed.
