Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Nebraska as RN, physician, or physician’s assistant.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in health quality.
• 2+ years in managed care, Medicaid, maternal/child health, pediatrics, or population health.
• Proven skills with Microsoft Office and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee MCH and EPSDT programs to ensure required services.
• Coordinate care management and ensure timely prenatal, maternal, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with health plan teams, providers, and community partners.
• Monitor performance, compliance with state contracts, CMS and NCQA standards.
• Produce reports on utilization and health disparities; support provider education.
