Job summary

The Summit Group LLC is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a large federal capital program. This remote role requires deep expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and complex engineering and construction projects.

You will work with project managers to develop, maintain, analyze, and report on schedules through the project lifecycle, communicating risks and impacts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain WBS, activity logic, calendars, milestones, baselines, and schedule coding.
• Collect, validate, and incorporate schedule status information from project managers and stakeholders.
• Review schedules for completeness, technical accuracy, and compliance with scheduling best practices.
• Perform critical path, float, variance, trend, and what-if analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and delays and support mitigation and re-baseline strategies.
• Resource and cost loading and analyze schedule performance against baselines.
• Track milestones and communicate status, variances, and impacts to stakeholders.
• Develop monthly reports, look-ahead schedules, and management-level reporting.
