Job summary

ec3 Federal Services is hiring a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze enterprise-level Integrated Master Schedules for large-scale Medicaid modernization programs. You will partner with PMO leadership, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure schedule visibility and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes schedule governance, critical path analysis, and executive reporting across multi-year State Gov't awards while supporting SDLC-aligned efforts and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
• 10+ years managing Integrated Master Schedules for large-scale programs.
• Experience supporting SDLC-driven projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience supporting Medicaid, MMIS, PBM, Provider or large healthcare programs preferred.
• Experience supporting DDI, system modernization, or enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Medicaid programs.
• Align IMS with SDLC and coordinate dependencies across program lifecycle.
• Perform schedule health assessments, critical path, variance, and trend analysis.
• Manage dependencies, milestones, and governance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare executive schedule reports and KPI summaries.
• Coach and mentor project schedulers and support new Medicaid opportunities.
