Job summary

PacSci EMC seeks a Master Scheduler to build and maintain integrated master plans and schedules for DoD programs. You will collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to deliver baselined schedules and performance forecasts.

Responsibilities include developing WBS-linked schedules, validating against CDRL/SDRL requirements, and providing schedule health analyses and reports to leadership. Requires strong MS Project skills and PMO experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a related scheduling role.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite.
• Experience with DoD program environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and integrate program master schedules across functions.
• Develop resource plans and support PMO scheduling processes.
• Prepare schedule analyses, critical path, and schedule health metrics.
• Ensure alignment with WBS, CDRL/SDRL, and earned value requirements.
• Provide forecasts and status updates to program management.
