Lead Scheduler role for KIRA Information Solutions within THTBC, focused on the ECS/MNS modernization program. Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large federal construction and mission-critical programs.
• Expert proficiency with scheduling software and systems.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, forecasting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to travel and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate schedules across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and turnover.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and government stakeholders to align schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, and recommend actions.
• Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies for schedule risks and delays.
• Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, dashboards, and executive briefings.
