Job summary

Midi Health is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler for a 100% remote role serving clinicians across the United States. The position requires extensive AthenaHealth experience and a strong focus on accurate scheduling, availability updates, and responsive patient rescheduling.

The role offers a full-time, 40-hour work week with a remote work stipend. Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am-6pm PST shifts are required, and visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules in AthenaHealth.
• 5+ years using AthenaHealth (Athena) required.

Responsibilities

• Process clinician time off, schedule changes, and Clinician Hub requests following established guidelines.
• Complete assigned queue expectations, updating availability, administrative blocks, and recurring adjustments.
• Manage patient rescheduling workflows resulting from schedule updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket categorization.
• Prioritize requests by urgency and patient impact, maintaining ownership through resolution and escalating barriers promptly.
