Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker in Florida. Earn up to $85,500 per year based on experience and licensure, plus a $2,400 orientation stipend. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver in-person and telehealth services when appropriate.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
