Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide compassionate clinical care in a primarily in-person setting with telehealth options. Earn up to $85,500 annually based on experience, certifications, and languages.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver in-person services with some telehealth options for client convenience.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors to ensure optimal care.
