Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide therapy to diverse clients in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, and a flexible schedule is available to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with a range of ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; no mandatory office visits.
• Use evidenced based practices to improve outcomes.
• Identify resources needed for identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other health care professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other professionals.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassionate care.
