Job summary

1Source BPO is seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage Amazon, eBay, and Walmart accounts. You will maintain daily records in Google Sheets, monitor account health, and resolve listing issues by engaging Seller Support.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Seller Centers, strong listing optimization skills, and proficiency with AI tools to speed up content creation and reporting. This is a remote, full-time position.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with eBay and Walmart Seller Center is required.
Strong Google Sheets knowledge for data organization and reporting.
Understanding of account health metrics and marketplace policies.
Experience creating and optimizing listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images).
Knowledge of AI tools and applying them to e-commerce tasks.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and organize Google Sheets for daily records, reporting and tracking.
Monitor and maintain account health across Amazon, eBay and Walmart, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
Resolve account and listing issues by contacting Seller Support via calls or opening support tickets.
Create and track removal orders.
Manage customer returns and reimbursement claims.
Manage the product catalog, including creating, updating and optimizing listings.
Use AI tools to speed up daily tasks such as listing content, research and reporting.
