Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee our third-party marketplace channel from remote locations. You will monitor marketplace performance, onboard new suppliers, and ensure catalog and listing quality across categories.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Category Management and will require occasional travel to Melville, NY for internal meetings. A strong salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered for a full-time, exempt position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales/inventory data and translate into action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with multiple data systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new marketplace suppliers.
• Onboard suppliers end-to-end including contracts and data requirements.
• Lead technical feed setup and validate product data for new suppliers.
• Train suppliers on systems, data standards, and requirements.
