The role demands 5+ years in digital marketing, agency experience, hands-on site optimization, social media and email programs, plus comfort presenting strategies in meetings and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Agency experience required.
• Demonstrated B2C and B2B marketing background with proven results.
• Experience developing holistic marketing plans and serving in a strategic leadership capacity for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a fractional marketing leader for assigned retainer clients, acting as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and hands-on executor of their marketing programs.
• Develop holistic, integrated marketing plans spanning social media, email marketing, website programs, and supporting content, aligned to each client’s unique business goals.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, briefs, and actionable direction for copywriters, graphic designers, developers, paid search strategists, and other specialists.
• Lead and manage ongoing website programs, ensuring strategy, content, and performance stay on track.
• Build, execute, and optimize social media and email marketing programs with a strong command of platform-specific best practices.
• Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform B2C and B2B-focused strategy and messaging.
• Actively lead client meetings and strategy discussions.
• Analyze performance data across channels and deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting to clients.
• Support client retention and account growth by maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities to strengthen programs, and proactively recommending ways to deepen impact.
• Adhere to project deadlines and proactively communicate progress and potential issues.
• Follow SOPs and use established templates to ensure consistency across all programs.
