Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media content across platforms to stay active.
• Draft and send email newsletters to clients and prospects.
• Assist with light content creation and repurposing from projects.
• Help with event planning and promotion as part of marketing strategy.
• Monitor posting schedules to avoid gaps in online presence.
• Manage client selections and procurement in Buildertrend.
• Keep project schedules and daily logs current in Buildertrend.
• Update client portal with documents and status updates.
• Track allowances and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate dumpster orders and logistics for active job sites.
• Pull permits, submit applications and follow up on status.
• Organize subcontractor and vendor quotes for comparisons.
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up to keep projects moving.
• Be an organized operational resource for the owner.
