Caron Treatment Centers is seeking a Project Manager - Marketing to plan, manage, and execute projects across clinical and non-clinical programs in collaboration with key stakeholders and the marketing team.

You will oversee event listings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare updates for leadership. This role includes implementing and maintaining a marketing PM tool to streamline processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and execute projects related to clinical and non-clinical programs and regional initiatives with stakeholders and marketing.
• Oversee and update event listings on platforms like Eventbrite and Blackbaud to align Caron.org pages with collateral.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement solutions, and report major updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies across projects.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to leadership and marketing.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and maintain clear communication for alignment.
• Manage marketing requests, schedule meetings, and ensure timely delivery with stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to implement and maintain a project management tool across the department.
