Caron Treatment Centers is seeking a Project Manager - Marketing to lead cross-functional projects across clinical and non-clinical programs. You’ll coordinate with clinical staff, administrative teams, and external vendors to guarantee timely, compliant execution and impactful communications.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in project management, you’ll drive event updates, CE initiatives, and codependent marketing efforts, partnering with the VP of Marketing.

Formación

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Monday.com, Teams, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and execute projects related to clinical and non-clinical programs.
• Oversee event listings on platforms and ensure alignment with collateral changes.
• Coordinate with clinical staff, admin, and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and report major updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present project updates and documentation to leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and track action items across teams.
• Manage marketing requests and ensure timely delivery with stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on PM tools adoption.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and CE program records.
• Partner with Business Development and vendors for CE programs.
• Manage external profile listings and reflect internal changes.
