Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Workflow and Project Management team. This is a remote role requiring EST hours, ideal for an organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced advertising or marketing agency environment.

You will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing projects, working closely with Client Success, Strategy, Creative, and Marketing Technology teams to keep timelines on track and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related project coordination, project management, or marketing operations experience.
• Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, status reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to stay on time and within scope.
• Assist with project estimates and track hours, budgets, and scope against approved plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear briefs and achievable timelines.
• Support project closeout activities, including delivering final files and documenting learnings.
