Job summary

Burrell Communications Group is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to coordinate workflows, manage scopes, and drive timely delivery across marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, define objectives with account leads, and ensure budgets and timelines are maintained. The role is a temporary, full-time contract running from October 19, 2026 to December 31, 2026, remote and US-based, with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience on national marketing campaigns across channels.
• Ability to develop workflow charts aligned with marketing objectives.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C environments (retail/CPG/digital).
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication; presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure workflow and drive momentum on scopes and projects.
• Improve operational efficiency across timelines and systems.
• Define scope, goals, and metrics with account leads.
• Manage status, workflows, timelines, deliverables, budgets.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities for campaigns and projects.

• Lead internal meetings to ensure structure and continuity.
