• 2+ years of program management experience for a marketing team in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven experience managing high-priority initiatives with tight deadlines amid shifting priorities.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute shared initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align diverse priorities.
• Ability to translate complex plans into clear timelines and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization, supporting Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Strategic Events.
• Own end-to-end program management of product launches from planning through execution and post-launch reviews.
• Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes for leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure clear ownership, decisions, and next steps across workstreams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals across multiple concurrent launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish and maintain consistent PM processes, templates, and tools across the marketing organization.
• Maintain the marketing team's PM tool, ensuring real-time visibility of projects, timelines, and statuses.
• Ensure work aligns with overarching goals and KPIs and oversee progress toward those targets.
