Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking a Marketing Platform Quality Assurance Analyst to validate marketing campaigns and ensure accurate deployment across platforms. You will test configurations, audiences, personalization, triggers, and scheduling while documenting issues and driving fixes with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or QA-related field.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience performing testing, QA validation, or process reviews.
• Familiarity with Jira, Planner, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segments, and communications built within the marketing engagement platform.
• Validate campaign configuration, audience targeting, personalization logic, triggers, business rules, and scheduling prior to deployment
• Execute test plans and pre-launch validation activities to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with documented requirements
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and issues, working with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain documentation related to platform processes, standards, workflows, integrations, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and efficiently.
