Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing Platform QA Analyst to join the Digital Engagement team remotely within central or eastern time zones. You will ensure campaigns are accurately configured, tested, and deployed, working with Marketing Coordinators, Solution Architects, and lottery clients to improve quality and compliance.

You will maintain documentation, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to governance and process improvements across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QA reviews of marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Ability to validate configuration, targeting, personalization, triggers, and rules.
• Experience with testing, QA validation, or process reviews.
• Proficiency with standard documentation tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segments, and communications.
• Validate campaign configuration, audience targeting, personalization, and scheduling before deployment.
• Execute test plans and pre-launch validation activities.
• Document defects and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews with Marketing Coordinators, Developers, and Solution Architects.
• Maintain platform process docs, workflows, and best practices.
• Support Product Owner with implementation guides and knowledge base articles.
• Research and implement testing automation approaches.
