Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Marketing Operations Sr Analyst to join the Marketing Technology & Infrastructure team. Based in Madrid or remote from Spain, you will deploy and optimize Martech platforms to drive ABM and ensure data quality, enabling revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to deliver process improvements, build reports and enable the team with training and best practices, leveraging AI-driven marketing innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in an ABM environment.
• Strong communication, creative problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to gain support of ideas and deliver complex analysis in simple language.
• Ability to develop relationships across marketing, sales, product, and other internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Platform Deployment & Management: Deploy, maintain and optimize Martech platforms and automations.
• Data Hygiene: Clean and enrich marketing prospect data.
• Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with vendors on roadmaps and improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, RevOps, Sales to deliver enhancements.
• Technology Support: Provide technical support to Marketing team.
• Platform Documentation: Create and maintain platform docs.
• Platform Enablement: Deliver platform enablement training across Marketing.
