Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Marketing Ops Analyst to join a fully remote Revenue Operations team. You will connect marketing activities to pipeline development and revenue, enabling better business decisions across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and GTM teams to improve reporting, attribution, and forecasting, building reliable dashboards and standardized metrics. AI-powered tools will accelerate analysis and generate actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel and BI tools.
• Working knowledge of marketing concepts including MQLs.
• SaaS industry experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Interest in applying AI to data analysis and reporting.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).

Aufgaben

• Build full-funnel reporting linking HubSpot activity with Salesforce opportunities and revenue.
• Develop and maintain reports making marketing and sales performance visible to executives.
• Define attribution models for marketing-sourced vs marketing-influenced opportunities.
• Establish consistent lead-source classifications (marketing-led vs sales-led vs SDR-led).
• Partner with marketing to improve lead scoring and flow into Salesforce.
• Strengthen campaign ROI measurement to optimize spend and guide investments.
• Align marketing and go-to-market metrics and maintain a centralized truth source.
• Use AI tools to create/refine reports and publish outputs on a regular schedule.
• Analyze data proactively to identify trends and insights for strategic decisions.
