MM Coaching Limited is seeking a Marketing Operations specialist to own reporting, systems, and QA for our online coaching funnel. You will oversee landing pages, emails, and video-editor workflows, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

You will automate repetitive tasks and build repeatable procedures to scale the funnel. You will coordinate a small team of editors and freelancers, align with the Head of Growth, and maintain a robust ClickUp and GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels setup.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in marketing operations, funnel-build, or campaign operations.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace used by others.
• Experience creating pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• You catch discrepancies and value accuracy over speed.
• You take ownership and build repeatable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own weekly marketing dashboard and ad spend reporting across platforms.
• Manage ClickUp workspace: pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack.
• Maintain QA checklist for ads/emails including tracking & naming conventions.
• Build landing pages, funnels, and email sequences in GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels/ActiveCampaign.
• Oversee editor coordination, briefs, and deadlines; coordinate freelancers.
• Keep Head of Growth's week on track: calendars, access, and deliverables.
• Automate recurring tasks and reports using Claude, AI tools.
