Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is seeking a high-impact marketing leader to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for a eight-figure men’s coaching business. You will direct paid media, CRO, and email, working with the founder and CEO to scale this proven funnel and build a world-class team.

You will own the growth economics, creative direction, and compliance post-handover, with a path to CM0 for the right candidate. This is a fully remote, full-time role with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading paid media campaigns for high-ticket offers.
• Ability to own and optimize end-to-end paid acquisition funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across platforms.
• Scale budgets and optimize lead quality and ROAS.
• Own growth economics: forecast revenue, calls, CPA, and spend.
• Direct creative direction and messaging to improve hooks and ads.
• Ensure compliance, policy adherence, and account safety.
• Oversee data, tracking, attribution, and event architecture.
• Lead funnel and CRO improvements from opt-in to sale.
• Own email sequences and broadcasts aligned to ad angles.
• Lead and develop the marketing team and vendor relationships.
