MM Coaching Limited is seeking a Head of Paid Marketing to take end-to-end ownership of paid client acquisition for a high-growth men’s coaching company. You will lead paid media, CRO, and email while coordinating with organic efforts.

You’ll inherit a proven funnel, data, and a team, with a path to CMO for the right candidate. The role emphasizes creative direction, data-driven decision making, and leadership of a multidisciplinary team across ads, copy, editing, and analytics.

Competenze

• Experience running marketing for offers doing $1M+/month or more.
• Expert Meta media buying with proven results.
• Ability to build marketing processes and scale teams.

Mansioni

• Own paid media strategy, structure, and testing with external partners.
• Own forecast from revenue to calls to spend and creative volume; manage across Meta, Google/YouTube, Bing.
• Direct and refine creative, hooks, and messaging; maintain high-quality standards.
