Elite Academic Academy is seeking a part-time Marketing & Communications Assistant who will provide administrative and communications support across schoolwide marketing and family engagement initiatives. The role involves organizing materials, supporting registration workflows, and helping with the yearbook and event communications.

The position emphasizes collaboration with staff to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-consistent messaging, with remote work and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing & Communications team.
• Assist with preparing, formatting, proofreading, and distributing schoolwide communications.
• Assist with family-friendly messaging for programs, events, and announcements.
• Help organize digital files, calendars, registrations, and department records.
• Support field trips and events setup, registration data, and attendee lists.
• Coordinate ParentSquare communications and ensure brand-consistent messaging.
