Job summary

The role requires strong technical marketing skills across the semiconductor value chain, 5+ years in the industry, and leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with knowledge of High-Performance Packaging technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures in a complex matrix organization.
• Inspiring leadership to motivate teams and drive projects forward.
• Strong ability to uncover customer and supplier needs through questioning and listening.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and commercialize High-Performance Packaging product lines within EMD Electronics Patterning Business Unit.
• Develop market intelligence for advanced packaging materials including market size and trends.
• Identify technology inflection points and roadmaps with global R&D, production and sales teams.
• Lead pricing strategy and set pricing corridors by product, region and customer type.
• Represent EMD Electronics at industry conferences and engage with ecosystem partners.
