Job summary

Cracken is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to craft in-depth cybersecurity content, promote it aggressively, and convert attention into qualified leads. You’ll own technical content across articles, whitepapers, and research, and drive campaigns with measured impact.

You’ll partner with founders, researchers, and sales to articulate value to security practitioners and enterprise buyers. The role emphasizes strong technical writing and marketing execution, with ownership of content

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of technical cybersecurity content you personally wrote.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, content, growth, or related roles.
• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Proven experience promoting content and generating qualified leads.
• Strong understanding of social media, content distribution, and campaign execution.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Write in-depth technical articles, research breakdowns, whitepapers.
• Turn security research and engineering work into clear content for technical audiences.
• Own promotion of articles across LinkedIn, X, communities, email, partners.
• Build campaigns generating qualified leads, demo requests, and sales conversations.
• Manage landing pages, CTAs, and content distribution.
• Grow a targeted audience of security practitioners, researchers, and enterprise buyers.
• Support PR, media outreach, announcements, podcasts, and conference communications.
• Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, and optimize campaigns.
