Job summary

Cosmetic Executive Women UK Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy across brand development, digital marketing, e-commerce and creative campaigns. This fully remote role targets growth in brand awareness, customer engagement and business results.

You will drive integrated campaigns, manage Klaviyo email marketing and CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand activity across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tech.
• Experience developing strategies and delivering integrated campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, content marketing and brand development.
• Klaviyo experience, esp. email automation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Content creation using Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion metrics.
• Creative, commercially minded with attention to detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced env.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Lead campaigns across digital channels, social, email, content and CRM.
• Manage email marketing and lifecycle flows using Klaviyo.
• Drive e-commerce activity with Shopify and optimise the online journey.
• Create engaging social content and short-form video assets.
• Analyse marketing performance and optimise ROI and campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners, creators and internal teams.
